We have to provide representation at pre-tender meetings.

• Attending  pre-tender meetings as your representative will be covered if required.

CAD is becoming an essential to all our work.

• Providing loadings for CAD work; setting out and site surveys is all well within our normal scope.

Factory hours are sometimes complex or specialist.

• We will provide factory hours including polishing; spray finishes; specialist carvings or embellishment.

Supervision and site fixing hours make up a large part of some of our work.

• The estimate of supervision and site fixing hours is always done with care and consultation if necessary. 

• This also applies to Prelim's or site management costs.

We need estimates to our hourly rates to be specific for the work.

• Providing estimates to your hourly rate or just providing budget prices are at your request.

The project has only drawings at this stage can you estimate from them.

• Taking quantities off drawings is now a very common request and catered for with our usual expertise.

The project needs to be completed quickly can you provide accurate short notice estimates.

• Working within the clients reasonable time frame is a vital part of our service as is working within your budget.

We will need to know the cost of the estimating part of the project to enable us to budget the project.

• Provision of our hourly rate or a project view of costs is normally at the clients request we, are happy to provide  either.

When would your fees need to be paid.

• Our payment terms are within seven days of our invoice date. Full details of our terms and condition will be provided on request.

The work is as a result of fire and water damage can you provide insurance work estimates.

• Our estimators are experienced in a wide field of work including insurance estimates.
